Two main parts of battery breaking and separation plants include sink-float system that consists of tanks made up of stainless steel and a crusher along with the feeding system. Here scrap battery is taken and crushed with a hammer. The output achieved is then passed from sieve conveyer. Here it is washed and lead oxide powder is separated from it. From the sink and float tanks plastic and lead is separated. In addition to this, PE and PP are also separated from the final tank. Recirculation of water is done through a close loop and it is passed from a filter press. Acid neutralization system, is employed for the treatment of this water before it is recirculated.
